Personality: Calm and reflective; fairly level-headed. She prefers to silently listen to others than talk about herself; self motivated and driven once she sets out a goal.
Bio: Aside from a nasty illness that recently took her father, Janae's life was fairly decent. Prior to his death, he and she would often visit circuses when they were in town; it was how they bonded. Janae quickly fell in love with the cat act, and vowed to her father at a young age that she was going to become one. Her father, a sweet, hardworking man, encouraged her, but only if she promised to give it her all and have no regrets. A man of his word, he would often take her backstage to talk to other tamers, who would give tips on how to become one.

At 14, she found a job at a zoo, cleaning cages, selling tickets, etc. She would often talk to the zoo vets though and always asked about wild cat biology. Eventually, at 16, she was able to spend much more time around big cats, due to a job shadowing position she inquired about. It was during the next three years that she learned how to safely be around and tame. When she turned 19, Janae immediately sought after a job at the Cirque, much to her father's content, her mother's discontent, and her kid sister's awe.
Extra: Hella lot of scars man, mostly on her hands and arms. Janae's eyes are hazel. Though she knows she doesn't stand a chance (because c'mon Human vs tiger. The Lions/Tigers always win), she works out and stays in shape, should she ever need to run or fight one of her cats. It's really more of a placebo effect. Janae treats them like dogs though, which they seem to respond generally well to. While she is not afraid to whip them, she is extremely happy when she doesn't need to.
Janae is most likely to bond with the Muscle Man of the circus, and mostly likes for him to carry her cats around whenever they don't cooperate. She is currently lobbying to Lulu about a "Meet the cats" event for guests.}

_{I'll begin by saying I adore this character immensely. <3 She reminds me of Aiyanna if Aiya were nice and possibly human, not to say that Janae is closely enough to Aiya. They're both different strong ladies. Janae is just immensely nicer. And Aiya killed her father. :'D

The artwork is gorgeous in my opinion, I'm still fumbling over how to properly use photoshop. :'< Kinda deters me a lot. But I love how you do colored lines and bodies in general. <3 *gushes* Her costume is lovely in a sense that it still remains sharp yet elegant, feminine yet masculine to give off the air that she is a professional and isn't afraid to do what the boys do. (At least in my opinion. I've never really been to the circus myself so I'm not too certain about costumes and such. :'D And the times I was, I barely remember)

Lastly, I seriously am being coaxed into this group...it looks immensely fun. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it. C: <3}

Admittedly, I thought of Aiya when I was drawing her! Not necessarily by the design or anything but THEY'RE BOTH MUSCLE GIRLS. Aiya is superhuman, so obvs she's stronger than Janae, but for the most part the two have muscles in common.

And I'm glad you got that from her outfit! Characters are mostly based off of people I see around, and there is this one girl who Janae's design is based off of (Her hairrrr) She is super cute! And I wanted to give that into Janae, but I had to roughen her up a bit so she can play with the kitties.
